The house: 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have 3 people bunkbeds, the third bedroom has 2 beds, and the common room has a convertible sofa for another 2 people, so all in all the house is equiped to accomodate 10 people. The garden area is big enough to confortably accomodate 6 tents. There is a microwave oven, a regular oven with four placks, a fridge with a freezer and sheets for all the beds. Please keep in mind that you should bring your own towels, and that pets and smoking are only allowed outside the building.

The house is not prepared to function in winter (restricted possibility of water supply and heating), so we are open when it is not freezing:

We can only accept reservations of min. 4 people and 3 nights.

Rental requirements:
Price includes the overhead expenses, travellers tax, and parking for the amount of vehicles designated in the spreadsheet.
It is required that you leave the house behind as cleas as you received it - or alternatively request a "closing cleaning" (see price below).

- Vehicles above the limit given in the spreadsheet (Per cars, maximum. 3): EUR 30,-/week
Payment conditions: advance (50%-of the price) is to be payed up front at the time of the reservation, the rest is payable upon arrival (in cash or via transfer).
Cancellation fee: It is free, until two weeks before the reservation. After that: 10-14 days: 10 %, 5-10 days: 30 %, in 5 days: 40 %.

The house is equipped with:
KITCHEN:
- Fridge (2 shelves, 2 drawer, small deep freezer), microwave oven, waterboiler, electric stove with 4 plates (no oven), hoover.
- Plate-set, cuttlery, glasses and mugs enough for 12 people.
- Set of bowls (size ranging between 10 l - 30 l), frying pans, serving utensils.
- Cleaning supplies for endcleaning and for washing dishes,
- Oven in the garden: one sets fire in the lower compartment, which heats up the bottom of the upper compartment, where any bowl, dish, grill or aluminium foil can be put with food. You will need to buy wood in the neighbourhood however. There are some illustrations among the pictures.
- 3 deckchairs, 1 beach umbrella, garden table w 6 chairs.
- Electric and incented bugrepellents.
- 6 battledores w balls, 1 beach mattress, plastic ball, volleyball.
- 4 blankets for the garden.
